I haven't been on here...but I have been still gathering information. During this past month, my action research has been shelved as I have worked on the start up of school. However, the topic has still been on my mind. I am constantly looking for and finding information to help...whether a process to assess or a process to use. For example, I have been reviewing on how to have coaching conversations. I think this will help in facilitating the type of feedback I want from my focus group.
This week I did review my objectives and action plan with my focus group. I explained my part and their part in my action plan. And I have put out my first round of questions to obtain their feedback to see what direction they feel we need to go as a group. As so the next stage begins...
